Ōhau Community Hall Celebrating 125 Years - 1900 - 2025
This book is currently being written and edited by Ōhau locals (and some that live close by) to celebrate this fantastic milestone by gathering historical elements of the area, the hall uses and people's special memories connected to the hall. It is to also contain many photographs provided by locals. There are to be two book launches later in 2025 - Please see below:

The first is to be at the Ōhau Hall Market Day on Saturday 20 September which proudly supported by Property Brokers Levin by providing supplies for a BBQ where all proceeds will be going to the hall.
The book launch formalities will begin at 10.30am.
Come along for there is to be music, food, fun and a great new book for the world!

Tui, Delwyn and Pauline, plus Ann who took the photo at the Age on the Go Expo promoting the Book and the second book launch. On Thursday 16 October 2025! 5.30pm in the West Wing Event Room at Speldhurst Lifestyle Village, Country Estate. See you there!
A further book release event is to be at Speldhurst Lifestyle Village, Country Estate, Kimberley Road, Levin, in the lovely West Wing event room within the management office complex on Thursday 16 October at 5.30pm. This twilight time is a chance for workers to come to learn about the book while having some light refreshments.
The Book Launch is to be held in the West Wing event room. All Welcome!
Light refreshments supplied by The George Cafe.
If you would like to become a Friend of the Hall - This is a sponsorship level to assist with the publishing costs of the book. The sponsor party can provide a short comment or memory of the hall which will be printed in this section of the book.
