The Ohau Community Hall Society was established to manage the facility and, with the support of the community, to maintain it as an asset to a unique and tight-knit community.

2024/25 Paint the exterior of the hall and the roof. A major achievement.
2025 currently installing Wi-Fi for the hall.
Arranged high-pressure washing of the exterior walls
