The Ohau Community Hall Society was established to manage the facility and, with the support of the community,  to maintain it as an asset to a unique and tight-knit community.

• Maintenance

  • 2024/25 Paint the exterior of the hall and the roof.  A major achievement.

  • 2025 currently installing Wi-Fi for the hall.  

  • Arranged high-pressure washing of the exterior walls

  • Facilitated urgent interim roof repairs

  • Serviced and fixed main hall lights

  • Replaced one emergency exit luminaire

  • Replaced the exterior light under the veranda
